DEEP WELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMP – DSP Series

The Deep Well Submersible Pump (DSP) series is a type of pump that is designed to be installed deep below the ground level, usually in a well or borehole. This pump is specifically designed to be submerged in water and is typically used for pumping water from underground sources, such as wells or boreholes, to the surface.

The DSP series typically consists of a motor, impeller, and pump body that are all enclosed in a waterproof housing. The motor provides the power to turn the impeller, which then moves water through the pump body and up to the surface. These pumps are capable of pumping water from depths of several hundred feet and are often used in agricultural, residential, and commercial applications.

Special Feature

Submersible pump with electric motor driven by 220-volt AC 50 Hz alternating current.

Three-phase motor with a water-cooled closed circuit for dissipating heat, with a speed of 2,850 RPM

It can operate normally even with only 160 volts of power supply (for 1-2 Hp Model)

It can work well with an unstable power source such as a generator.

Equipment to protect against motor overheating and lightning strikes.

Used in conjunction with control box with capacitor start, capacitor run, and overload protection devices inside the box.

Increase the high-current starting performance up to 3 times, even in low-voltage conditions, and reduce problems with sand sticking during startup.

Deep Well Pump 4 Inch

Structure

The Multi-stage Pump has a check valve and is designed to be installed in a well with a diameter of 100 mm (4 inches)

Pump Casing , Shaft , Coupling , Cable Guard , Discharge Head , Motor Adapter Made From Stainless Steel.

Blades made of Acetal Homopolymer Resin (POM) material are highly resistant to color abrasion from sand and do not contain toxic solvents mixed with the water used for consumption.

The “Sand Shield” fan system is designed to prevent sand accumulation and is composed of a Tri-seal floating stage system with a water-resistant ring made of corrosion-resistant steel.
Additionally, it has anti-sand rubber strips. Moreover, some models are designed with flat blades to provide high-performance operation.
